1、 Overview:
The HYK-B microcomputer plasticity tester is a new type of instrument used to measure the plasticity of ceramic clay materials. Widely used in industries such as ceramics, electric ceramics, building materials, abrasives, etc.
This machine complies with the requirements for testing equipment in the national industry standard GB/T1322-1991 "Method for determining the workability index of ceramic clay materials".
2、 This instrument has two measurement methods:
It is the plasticity index method: which determines the plasticity of clay by studying the relationship between stress and strain of the sample during the stress process. Compared with other methods, it is more scientific and advanced, and the influence of human factors is minimized. Applicable to cylindrical specimens, define plasticity R to measure the plasticity of clay materials.

l、 Sample size: cylindrical specimen with a diameter of 28X38, spherical specimen with a diameter of ≤ 45
2. Pressure range: 0-200N, pressure accuracy ≤ 1% (Fs)
3. Displacement range: 0-25mm, displacement accuracy ≤ I% (Fs)
4. Pressing speed: 30mm/min
5. Microcomputer controlled cutting and data processing throughout the entire process
6. Power supply voltage: AC: 220V ± 5%, 50Hz
